Remove the cigarette lighter from the dash.  Prime the lighter carefully. HINT(Put the lighter in the top of a empty water bottle) Now you should spray the lighter with a light even coat of paint  and let dry for 10 min.  Then paint with a thicker coat of paint. Let dry for 1hr and put back in holder.

Remove the air vents with a flathead screwdriver by putting them inside and popping them out.  Next clean the air vents very well.  Before you paint the vents I suggest you prime them first. Now you spray a light even coat of spray across the vents. Let it dry and repeat but with a thicker paint spray.  (Don't spray closer than 8inches away or will leave drip marks). Let the air vents dry (3hrs) and but back in gently.

Use a flathead screwdriver to knock out the side air vent.  Be very careful!!!!!!
Prime the vent and spray.  Let stand for 35 min before putting back in.

To paint the door lock without removing the whole side panel is very difficult and frustrating. Get a old cloth and spray primer on it and wipe it on the door lock. Use lots of newspaper to block any spray. HINT (Pull on the automatic door lock gently  and slide newspaper underneath it so that no unwanted paint gets through.  Use car detailing tape around the door locks and to hold up the newspaper.  Make sure that there is not any cracks where paint might get through.  If not sure paint might get through tape it anyway just to be on the safe side. Spray a nice even coat over the locks.  Then apply a thicker coat and make sure you get all around the lock.
